Executive woman

Hi,
How windy is it today? It's crazy, I actually saw a bird earlier trying to fly and getting swept backwards continually not getting anywhere, poor thing. I dare not go back out yet for a dog trek for fear of the same fate. Anyway, my card..... I was asked to make this for a woman that is leaving from my hubby's work. I used an image from the paper Shelter. I haven't used them before but I will again.
She was coloured with ProMarkers, The papers are a mix of MME and Boho chic from First Edition. The sentiment is Lili of the Valley, ribbon and charm from stash and all the flowers and decorative silver corners are from Wild orchid crafts.
She leaves tomorrow, I hope she likes her card!
Bye for now, Lou x

Emma in the rose garden

Hi Guys,
This week I was lucky enough to get myself the new Romantic stamps from Lili of the Valley. (Yay!)
I also treated myself to Emma, Rose garden and Armchair bear.
Today's card features Emma. I have been asked to make tons of Mothers day cards and so this is one of them.
I have coloured her in with Promarkers and all the flowers are from Wild orchid crafts. Just last week I got  some more flowers from them. I can't help myself as they are just so beautiful.
The papers are First Edition Spring drop and are perfect for Easter and Mothers day.
The corner dies are Marianne creatables LR0143. ribbon, charm and pearls are all from my stash.
I used Spellbinders and memory box dies also and the "mum" is personal impressions,
Bye for now,

Vintage Pirate?

Hi,
I wanted to share this card I have made for a lady I work with. It's her niece's 21st birthday and she is having a pirate themed party. Kenny K is having a vintage theme on their latest challenge and so this should fit perfectly :)
I used li'l Pirate from Kenny K. I coloured her with my Promarkers as usual. The corners are Marianne creatables and all the other bits were in my stash. Map papers, gold coins, numbers etc. I computer generated the greeting and distressed it with Vintage photo and burned the edges a bit.
I love it, I hope she does,

Soccer Boy (or man)

Hi,
I have been really busy making cards as I had orders totalling 17 cards when I went to work on Tuesday. I have come to a conclusion that I really need to focus on making some male stock cards so I can practice as I find them quite a challenge. Girls cards are easy (ish) Pretty pic, bling, flowers, ribbon and the jobs a good 'un. Men's on the other hand see me getting frustrated, leaving the room and making myself dizzy with ideas that don't/ won't work....
Saying that, I have completed a male card today. The image is Soccer from Kenny K.
I have coloured him with  Promarkers, The papers are a mix of bits from stash and some MME Lost and found two.I have used my sizzix stars and Computer generated the name and then wrapped some twine around and added some square black gems.
I hope he likes it. ( He supports Liverpool, hence the red kit)
